Fine Line Bistro was opened in an effort to create a fun, transparent, casually elegant dining atmosphere for the Ithaca foodie. We are three young entreprenuers who saw the opportunity to meld our ideas about dining and food to bring Ithaca's West Side a new face.
Our menu is entirely chef driven, and only the highest quality ingredients are used. Chef Seth Gregory is committed to preparing most everything that we serve in house, from all of our stocks to every last pomme frite. You can watch him prepare your meal from your table through our open kitchen, or you can choose to sit at the kitchen counter and be up close and personal.
General Manager Danny Doyle, running the front of the house, is the guy you will most often run into. He wants every last customer to entirely enjoy his or her time in the restaurant. It is of the utmost importance to him that his customers are able to have a fun, relaxing, delicious, and entertaining time. Danny is credited with the design of the restaurant, which exudes a kind of minimalist warmth that our customers love.
Emily Doyle is our (semi-)obscure, (mostly-)behind-the-scenes operative, working to ensure an engaging yet relaxing dining experience, with good fare and good fun for all.
Join us for dinner Wednesday through Monday (Closed Mondays during summer). Service begins at 5pm. Sunday brunch from 10:30am. We reccommend reservations, but welcome walk ins!
